This guide explains how to manage your hosting services at SonHost using a simple email-based system powered by AI.
Overview
Each hosting invoice at SonHost is assigned a unique Invoice ID. This ID is all you need to request support or manage your hosting services. You don’t need to provide a username, password, or any other credentials.
How to Manage Your Hosting
To request support or perform actions related to your hosting service, follow these steps:
- Locate Your Invoice ID
Find the unique Invoice ID associated with your hosting service. This can be found in your invoice email or hosting confirmation from SonHost. - Compose an Email
- To: support@sonhost.com
- Subject: Enter your Invoice ID as the email subject.
- Body: Clearly describe your request or issue (e.g., “Please renew my hosting plan” or “I need help with domain setup”).
- Send the Email
Once the email is sent, SonHost’s AI system will automatically process your request based on the Invoice ID in the subject line. The AI will respond with confirmation or further instructions.
Example
Email Example:
- To: support@sonhost.com
- Subject: INV-123456

Important Notes
- Ensure the Invoice ID is correct and matches the hosting service you’re addressing.
- Use clear and concise language in the email body to help the AI understand your request.
- No login credentials are required, as the Invoice ID is sufficient for authentication.
- For urgent issues, include “URGENT” in the email body, and the AI will prioritize your request.
