Changing your DNS nameservers to SonHost’s nameservers is one of the most common methods to link your domain.
- Log in to your domain registrar account: Go to the website where you purchased your domain.
- Navigate to DNS settings: Find the section where you can manage DNS or Nameservers.
- Update the nameservers:
- Replace the existing nameservers with the following:
ns1.sonhost.com
ns2.sonhost.com
- Replace the existing nameservers with the following:
- Save changes: After updating, save your changes and allow some time for the DNS propagation.
Method 2: Create an A Record
If you prefer to keep your current DNS provider, you can create an A Record that points your domain to SonHost’s IP address.
- Access your DNS management panel: Log in to your domain registrar’s website and find the DNS management section.
- Add a new A Record:

- Save the record: After entering the details, save the new A Record.
